| What is the parking like at Cooper Park? Parking at Cooper Park is extremely limited. We STRONGLY advise carpooling as much as possible...fill those mini vans! Parking will be available at Vineyard Church on Saturday ONLY. Please be respectful and DO NOT PARK AT THE CHURCH ON SUNDAY! Teams staying at the Embassy Suites (our host hotel) is encouraged to utilize the FREE SHUTTLE that we have arranged to take you to and from Cooper Park. |
| Will their be concessions offered at Cooper Park? YES! Team Ohio FC is working with local vendors to offer wide variety of beverages along with snacks, fruit and some quick lunch items. Come check it out! |
| The application form does not look right on my screen (overlapping drop down boxes, long rows over the input fields, etc.) What is going on? First, you should let the ENTIRE form load BEFORE you scroll. It is a big form. In short, your computer does not have enough memory (RAM) available to render the form correctly. Here is the solution that will work in most cases: 1. Clear the cache (temporary files) in Internet Explorer (Usually Tools>Internet Options>Remove Temporary files 2. Shut down Internet Explorer 3. Restart the computer 4. Open JUST MS Internet Explorer. 5. Go to Web site, fill out form. In most cases, this will solve the problem.... |

| How do I find a hotel? Embassy Suites Columbus is our host hotel (2700 Corporate Exchange, Columbus, OH). It is conveniently located down the street from Cooper Park and will offer a FREE SHUTTLE to and from the park. 614-890-8600. Also, please check back soon as we are working to secure several hotels within the Hilton Family of Hotels. These will be located nearby at Polaris. |

| Registration |
| Where is registration and what is required at registration? Mandatory team check-in will be Friday, November 6 from 5:00pm - 9:00pm at the Embassy Suites Columbus, 2700 Corporate Exchange, Columbus, OH, 43231. 614-890-8600. You must bring the following to registration: 1. Original validated league roster (including all roster change forms) plus one copy for the tournament to keep 2. USSF player and coaches passes 3. Emergency medical authorization form for each player (league forms will suffice; medical release forms do not need to be notarized) 4. Guest player rosters 5. Travel permits are required for teams outside of Ohio South 6. US Club teams MUST have a letter of good standing from US Club Soccer |
